ROTOBLIZZ ROTORS

 

 

 

Rotoblizz weeding system works directly on the transplant row without damaging the root and leaf system, uprooting the weeds and thus reducing the need for chemical herbicides.

 

 

 

 

The system is composed by two opposed Rotors, with curved hook-style blades, 3 cm wide that work over the row on the same parallelogram:

-They are inclinated 28°  in the direction to the plant;

-Minimum distance from the transplant line of 2 cm or more;

-They begin to rotate by touching the soil, penetrating it up to 4 cm;

-The round form will never move the plant by touching its roots  or the pot;

-The hook-style blades push the soil one against the other (going in the middle of the row) breaking the crust and eliminating the germination of weeds; if presence of weeds, they will push  them away during the rotation.

-We can work 7 days after transplant and 10 days from sowing.

Height adjustable support wheels Applicable on various frames it maintains the alignment of the machine.

 

HANDLEBAR DRIVE:

Adjustable directional on front wheels;

with seat for the operator;

Applicable on a fixed frame, it maintains the alignment of the machine, acting on the appropriate handlebar guided by the operator.

Crust Breakers

Positioned in front of the Rotoblizz, it breaks the soil crust.

 

CLEANING DISC

It prevents the accumulation of soil in Rotoblizz, cuts and expels any adult weeds. Suitable for silty soils.

STONE BLOCK RINGS

On particularly stony soils, there are some stone block rings which are welded to any size of Rotoblizz.

FRONT SIDE SHARE

Flatten the soil, removes stones

Suitable for hard/compacted soils

FLEXIBLE SPRING

Mounted on spikes placed on the directional wheels, they lift and break the tractor track.

INTER ROW WEEDING KIT

On inter-row distances greater than 80cm, we apply a further inter-row weeding kit, which operates in uncovered areas of land not reached by Rotoblizz.

DISC TO REMOVE STONES

Positioned in front of the ROTOBLIZZ, kick off any stones on the row to be Weeded.

BED FORMER DISC

Adjustable disc, fill up the ground, keeps the soil bed, can have rapers to directly discharge the ground on the ridge.

Above we can mount the system to break the tractor trace and ridger  disks that serve to restore, where present, the ridge of the bed, both single and multiple.

HOE TO RESTORE FURROW

It penetrates deep into the soil

uprooting the weeds grown on the impression left by the tractor.

Restore the land, bringing it level.

The working depth is adjustable

LEAF PROTECTION HIGH PLANTS

Accessory designed to protect tall plants in advanced growth (for example tomato plants), which have a leafy plant that is very hanging in the center and all around developed.

SYSTEM TO LIFT DRIP IRRIGATION HOSE

Device that lifts the hose before the passage of the Rotoblizz.

FERTILIZER DISTRIBUTOR

System that allows the fertilizer fertilizer to be administered during the work of  weeding.

COMPACTOR ROLLERS

Applied at the back of the machine, they compact and smooth the ground between the rows.

Suitable for industry tomatoes.

RAKES

They level the soil after processing.

As an alternative to compacting rollers, they are suitable for industry tomato crops.

RTK CAMERA DRIVE

To facilitate operator visibility on rows, we assemble a camera placed in front of a single row.

The operator can see the work area enlarged on the monitor.

In case of RTK on the tractor, if the machine is configurated with Hydraulic drive with a Joystick, the tractor drive can himself adjust the machine. In this case no operator behind needed on the chair.

AUTOMATIC STEERING SYSTEM WITH CAMERA FOR ROW DETECTION

A special camera is placed ahead the machine and detect the green colour of the plant and the red colour of the soil.

A special software processes the pre-set colours picking out two different areas that the program uses for maintaining the machine direction thanks to the shifting frame.

The operator by means of a screen placed in the cabin can see a panoramic image of the rows and the direction elaborated by the software at the same time.
