Rotovert application



The Rotovert application acts directly on the transplant line without damaging the root and leaf apparatus, uprooting the weeds and thus reducing the need for chemical herbicides.





-N°2 opposing Rotors, with curved blades;

 -Vertically Positioned towards the plant;

-Minimum distance from the transplant line of 3/4 cm or more;

-Penetrate up to 3/4 cm in the ground, eliminating the germination of weeds;

-We can work 7 days after transplantation and 10 days from transplanting.

Rotovert application

The Rotovert application works on all crops with inter-row distance from 15 to 35 cm.

Suitable for: for some crops transplanted and seeded in row and on ridge (salad, celery, leek, onions, carrots, radicchio).

Combined element

Combined element Only two parallelograms on the sides mount a series of bars, which allow a wider layout of the Rotovert application

The two parallelograms (A) ensure a homogeneous compression on all the assembled components, thanks to a system of springs (B) which, arranged in different positions, increase or decrease the compression on the ground

Supports basic equipment and options.

 D) Group of ploughshares

Of different sizes, the ploughshares work the land in the row, where the rotors do not reach.The dimensions of the ploughshares are related to the distance of the plants between the inter-rows.

Reinforces the plants, covering them at the base of the soil.


Options list

Close camera

To facilitate operator visibility on rows, we assemble a camera placed in front of a single row. The operator can see the work area enlarged, thanks to the monitor

Stones remove disc

Positioned in front of the Rotovert, kick off any stones on the row to be weeded.

Pre-breaking star

Positioned in front of the Rotoblizz and Rotovert rotors, it breaks the soil crust.

Suitable for clay soils

Flexible spring

Mounted on spikes placed on the directional wheels, they lift and break the tractor track.

Hoe to restore furrow

It penetrates deep into the soil uprooting the weeds grown on the impression left by the tractor.

Restore the land, bringing it level.

The working depth is adjustable

System to lift drip irrigation hose

Device that lifts the hose before the passage of the Rotoblizz.
