Machine operation

Thanks to the horizontal and vertical hoses conveyor rollers (12), we bring to the roll reel roller (13), several hoses simultaneously, creating a single collection reel.

The coil reel roller (14) is driven by a hydraulic motor powered directly by the tractor’s hydraulic system. It is possible to adjust the rotation speed thanks to a lever flow regulator (15) placed in the operator’s control panel.

Thanks to the tilting opening mechanism (16) of the hose reel roller (17), the unloading of the bundle of the collected hoses (18) becomes simple and immediate.
